Deputies were directing traffic Thursday morning due to multiple road closures caused by the storm, the Citrus County Sheriff's Office said on social media. A portion of U.S Highway 19, which is a major thoroughfare through the mostly rural county, was closed due to storm damage. Photos posted by the sheriff's office showed debris on roads, local flooding and damage to mobile homes.The damage wasn't limited to the Gulf Coast side of Florida. 二 | 如今，74岁的励建安表示，近年来马拉松赛事要求收紧，自己也因年龄问题屡屡报名被拒。是巧合？还是背后有什么隐情？“未中签”的背后：怕出事很多赛事报名页面上找不到“年龄限制”四个字。流程一切正常，报名成功，等待抽签，看上去跟别人没什么两样。可一到出签环节，大都是清一色的——未中签。有圈内人透露，很多赛事虽然没有明说不要高龄跑者，但在抽签环节里早就设了隐形门槛。65岁以上，系统就开始不待见；到了70岁，基本没戏。你跑得再稳，训练再规律，全马半马证书攒了一抽屉——没用。年龄一出来，系统直接给你判了“风险过高”。说穿了，就一句话——怕出事。赛事方怕保险赔不了，怕家属闹事，怕舆论炸锅。选来选去，最简单的办法就是：不让你跑。

三 | 真正的症结，在保险公司往下挖一层，问题不在赛事方。真正的症结在保险公司。国内大多数运动意外险，70岁以上根本买不了。市面上的主流运动意外险，投保年龄上限清清楚楚写着“0到65岁”。保险公司的账好算：高龄人群出事的概率和医疗成本，数据上确实比年轻人高。保险公司不敢保，赛事方没有保险做后盾，自然不敢赌。没有保险兜底，任何一例意外，都可能让主办方赔得底儿掉。于是，最简单粗暴的办法来了——一刀切。风险和年龄，真的成正比吗？肯定有人说：高龄跑者参赛确实危险啊。没错，风险确实存在。心血管问题、体温调节、骨骼关节——这些都是真实存在的隐患。但这些问题是“高龄独有”吗？一个天天熬夜、抽烟喝酒、半年没动过的40岁年轻人，真的比一个常年训练的70岁跑者更健康吗？风险不是年龄说了算，是身体说了算。数据显示：马拉松赛事中心脏骤停的发生率只有十万分之零点五四。而普通人平时心源性猝死的概率是十万分之四十一点八四——是马拉松赛事的近70倍。真正该被筛选的，是身体有没有隐患，而不是年龄大不大。有些地方已经走在前面了国外怎么做？波士顿马拉松按年龄和性别分档，设定参赛标。

四 | 80岁以上男子跑到4小时50分就能达标。纽约马拉松每年都有几千名55到88岁的选手完赛，85岁老太太还能连着跑十几年。卡的是成绩，而不是年龄。国内也有做得好的赛事。2025年上海马拉松，61岁以上跑者中签率42%，最大中签跑者74岁。

五 | 上马还公开说“要保障老年跑者的参赛权益”。2026年无锡马拉松也做了调整，高龄选手需要直系亲属在线签知情同意书，并且必须有伴跑者全程陪着跑。2026年厦门马拉松首次给大众跑者设立了年龄组奖，包括60岁以上组别——60到64岁完赛1329人，65岁以上完赛501人，60岁以上男子前三名成绩都在2小时50分以内。
